Tamìa Maurino is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced exclusively with the best olives from the Maurino cultivar.
The olives of this type, native to Tuscany, are harvested while still green, in the month of September, during the early ripening stage.
Finally, cold extraction allows the oil to convey the taste sensations that make this cultivar so internationally known.
To the nose, Tamìa Maurino transmits pleasantly spring-like notes, with a decisive and at times heady bouquet. The profile is therefore particularly rich in aromas, fresh to the taste and at the same time delicate to the palate where the unmistakable aftertaste of the Maurino cultivar is released. This is how this oil becomes a true extract of the typical flavors of the Mediterranean maquis.
