The olives of this type, native to Tuscany, are harvested while still green, in the month of September, during the early ripening phase. Finally, cold extraction allows the oil to convey the taste sensations that make this cultivar so renowned internationally.
To the nose, Tamìa Maurino imparts pleasantly spring-like notes, with a bold and occasionally intoxicating bouquet. The profile is, therefore, particularly rich in flavors, fresh on the palate, and at the same time delicate, where the unmistakable aftertaste of the Maurino cultivar unfolds.
