Tamía extra virgin olive oils are produced according to the highest standards of quality, healthiness, sustainability and traceability, in some aspects higher than those imposed by the certifications to which they belong, Organic Farming and Protected Designation of Origin – DoP tuscia. Tasting them, it is possible to discover unexpected smells and flavors, such as pleasant notes of bitter and spicy, due to the high concentration of polyphenols, powerful antioxidants “elongating life” and aromatic notes, first of all that of freshly mown grass, accompanied by artichoke, green tomato, mint, chicory, almond, basil or green apple, which alternate and change in intensity due to the effect of the cultivars with which the different varieties of oil are produced and the climate of the seasons.
