Founded in 1928, we have always been careful to respect tradition while keeping pace with the times and embracing innovation. We were among the first to undertake the conversion to an organic farm.

The hills of Tuscia, between Tuscany and Umbria, at the heart of the Mediterranean, with their pristine volcanic soils rich in minerals, have allowed us to produce top-quality oils for nearly 100 years.
