Extraction takes place within a few hours of harvesting, using techniques that preserve the fruit’s natural properties. This product is ideal for those who want to experience the authentic taste of the first oil, with its bright green color and fresh, vegetal notes that evoke the olive grove in full vitality.
Excellent when used raw, we recommend enjoying it on bruschetta, warm bread, soups, and seasonal vegetables. It is also perfect for finishing simple dishes, where the oil becomes the star, enhancing the flavor with delicacy.
