Four generations of corporate history in olive growing: born in 1928, we have always been careful to respect the tradition but staying in step with the times and with the experimentation. We were among the first to embark on the process of conversion to organic farm.

Our strength starts from the terroir: the hills of Tuscia, between Tuscany and Umbria, in the center of the Mediterranean, with its unspoiled volcanic soils, rich in minerals, allow us to produce almost 100 years of very high quality oils.

We favor quality over quantity: we collect the olives in their perfect moment of ripeness, when they are still green and the oil yield is very low: only in this way we can guarantee you a high content of polyphenols and outstanding organoleptic properties.

Produced according to the strictest standards of: quality, health, sustainability and traceability, in some aspects superior to those imposed by the certifications which includes, Organic Agriculture and Protected Designation of Origin – PDO Tuscia.
